Did you know that there is no such thing as stress? There are no stress gremlins following you through life ready to make your life difficult. Stress is the result of how we mentally, physically and emotionally process the events in life that are beyond our control. And while we can not always change life, we can change our attitudes. Our ability
to enjoy life and manage the changes that are happening
around us is directly tied to our ability to maintain a
powerful, positive, energized attitude. What is important is not
what happens to us, but what happens in us.
Studies have shown that people with a positive
attitude, get sick less often, have better
relationships, and are more successful in their careers. Attitude is also
contagious and helps create an energized work
environment.
We would all like to have a positive
attitude! Unfortunately it’s a jungle
out there!
